SCHOOL GIRLS COLLEGIATE - Documents
The "Girls Collegiate School", was founded in Los Angeles 1892, moved to Glendora from 1925-1934, then moved to Claremont. In 1937. Dr. John E. Brown (evangelical) bought the location and started the "Brown School for Girls" which ran from 1937 to the fall of 1958. Then the site became the "Brown Military Academy".
